Most bathrooms wrap in 4–6 weeks; kitchens run 8–12 weeks depending on structural changes and cabinet lead times. We share a full week-by-week schedule at contract signing.

A 45–60 minute in-home visit with Monika or Daniel. We walk the space, listen to your goals, discuss materials, and take initial measurements. You leave with a rough budget range and clear next steps — no sales pressure.

How do you protect against water damage in bathrooms?

Every wet area gets a full Schluter (or equivalent) waterproofing membrane behind the tile, sloped shower pans, and sealed penetrations at every fixture. We treat waterproofing as structural work, not a finish detail.

Do you handle painting projects or only full remodels?

Both. Painting is one of our five core services — from single rooms and cabinet refinishing to full interior and exterior repaints. Our prep is what sets the work apart.
